How do we do things here?

While the BSA has guidelines and requirements for things such as Safe Scouting and Advancement. However, there are still many aspects of regular operations that each Scout unit has to define on their own. Here we define some of those we’ve developed, usually by learning the hard way, from over 40 years of our unit’s history. Feel free to discuss with the leadership of the unit if there are areas of confusion or concern about any of these.
